Focus mode has no distractions and a simple gesture driven IU. You can even hide your phone’s status bar for a completely distraction free experience. .
List mode.
In list mode, you can use Now Todo like a conventional todo list, with the same minimal design and swipe gestures. List mode is where you can add and arrange todos.
Four themes.
Now Todo comes with four themes – Morning, Day, Evening and Night.
Four Focus Tips
Don’t multitask.
Experts agree – multitasking is a myth. When you think you are multi-tasking, you are actually switching focus rapidly, which can lead to mental exhaustion and poor performance.
Make focusing a habit.
Focus is like a muscle. Using it allows you to focus longer and more consistently. Distracting information sources – like social networks – can erode our ability to focus for an extended period of time.
Remove distractions.
People spend an average of 11 minutes on a project before they’re interrupted. It takes them on average 25 minutes to get back to the point they were at before the distraction, according to a UC Irvine study.
Reward yourself.
Make sure to reward yourself for sticking to your goals. Concentrated intensely for 30 minutes? Take a break and stretch.
